Techincal characteristics
Stainless steel pipe will be heated to the required temperature(304 materials 1040 degrees)then be melted in Seal device which is fulled with hydrogen gas for protect,which can improve the organizational structure of weld seam and eliminate stress,enhance corrosion resistance;use the hydrogen as the protection gas,the weld-pipe will be bright after treatment and Speed up the cooling rate.
Consists of equipment:
Power system (medium frequency power that inverter by IGBT transistor+Slot compensation power),Bright Solution System(Consists of induction hotline circle,cooling water and gas protection device),cooling system(consists of water-water heat exchanger,circular-outside water,cooling device),cleaning system and electrical control systems.
